  1. We've had an amazing holiday, after what feels like a long time at home! We've been spoilt with glorious weather and the house is perfect for us. Thanks again, we'll hopefully be back again to explore more.

  3. Very comfortable quiet bungalow, felt very homely. Even the changeable weather was not off putting. I visited some areas I knew and some I didn't, so this was a great base. Thanks for a wonderful week.

  4. Thanks for letting us stay in this wonderfully clean and spacious home. Such a peaceful and relaxing week. This is a great base for the area, recommend day trips to Padstow, Mevagissey, St Ives, Charlestown. Wonderful beaches everywhere. Nice lunch at Goonhavern Garden Centre and evening meal at Smugglers Den, Nr Cubert. Great host Nicola, nothing was too much trouble. Thanks again!

  5. WOW - fantastic accommodation, clean, spacious and everything that we require. It's definitely home from home.
Location is perfect as had great days out at Padstow, Porthcurno and Lands End. Eden Project is only 40 mins away which is excellent.
We highly recommend going on a Sea Life Safari in Padstow, what a thrill on a windy day (the waves were amazing).
The beach at Daymer Bay is great for rock pooling and safest for small children as hardly any waves.
We will definitely be coming back!
    Overall great stay! Thanks

  6. What a fantastic place to stay whilst visiting with family in Redruth.Beautiful both inside and out.My sister and I couldn't have asked for such lovely hosts and place to stay.We understood it was on a working farm and expected to see machinery, but Nicola kept us to date with texts about when they would be working the fields.Sooo quiet and peaceful,we both had a relaxing stay.None drivers,it certainly wasn't expensive taxi wise as Perranporth central is only 1 mile away with shops and great places to eat.BIG thank you for making a rare visit home(from West Yorkshire)a real delight.

  7. What an amazing scorching summer holiday! We have been so lucky with the weather which has made our stay at Perran Valley so incredible!
It's so rare to find a property with so much space, thats so modern and clean for such a reasonable price! We found the location ideal - only a few minutes drive to the lovely beach at Perranporth and 30-40 minutes from major towns/attractions north or south.
Loved St Ives and Padstow, Aquarium at Newquay was fab and we found a lovely pub down the road called "The Miners Arms", St Agnes with beer garden and really good food. Good portions and view of sea at "Bowgie Inn" Newquay also not far away.
Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home - The Baldwins.
PS: Thanks for the delicious broccolil!

  10. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Perran Valley Holiday Home.
It was clear from the moment we stepped through the front door the property was not going to disappoint. We were aware the property was newly refurbished and this was wholeheartedly apparent from the outset with a lovely modern looking kitchen/open plan dining room being the first to greet us. Excited to see what the rest of the property had to offer due to the wonderful first impression we explored before settling in fully. We found the bathroom to be of just as high a standard as the kitchen/diner with very pleasant decor and (as we discovered during our stay) a really nice shower, which is always something I am hopeful for in holiday let! Both the bedrooms were well appointed with loads of decent storage space. The front room area was also great with a very comfy, large L shaped sofa on offer and a decent large flat modern TV set up including a DVD player, although we didn't use that much throughout our stay it was still nice to have what if offered.
Every room was very spacious indeed, with the living areas particularly so. This made our stay even more comfortable as I, for one do appreciate nice open spaces to move around in when indoors, especially with the little one dashing around so this was an added bonus to what was already a very nice, clean and comfortable property to be staying in.
Just like the interior, the outside areas were beautifully kept, clean, lovely tidy places to be spending time in. A nice little patio area lead to a decent sized lawn. From the garden we were blessed with far reaching views of the beautiful rolling Cornish countryside. This included everything from distant modern windmills on the horizon to near-by working farm land mixed with woodland areas all providing for a very interesting view I must say.
Our time spent here was not only comfortable and enjoyable but also without any problems. Pretty much everything you need is available in all of the well equipped rooms. The beds provided were very comfortable and the addition of WIFI came in useful. Little touches like milk in the fridge, we were very thankful for on arrival. USB sockets in the kitchen made charging various devices that bit easier and the little table top football/multi games table located in the living room was well received by the little person!
Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Perran Valley Holiday home. We would definitely recommend it to friends and family. There's no doubt that if we're ever visiting Cornwall we'll be sure to stay here again. The little person gives it 10/10!
